I grew up in a Christian home and accepted Christ as my Savior as a small child. Upon graduation from college, I was interested in living internationally as a missionary. God’s timing was different than mine, however. I lived in the U.S., married, and had three children. Just a few years ago, my husband learned of Word of Life Hungary’s need for additional staff. We visited WOL Hungary and knew this was the place for us! I serve in the BI as the coordinator of the scholarship program. Since I educate my children at home, most of my work is done from home. Hospitality is also a big part of my “job”. One of the things that drew us to Word of Life is the emphasis on discipleship and interpersonal relationships, and that is what we still love about Word of Life. How wonderful to have a “job” where investing in people is the primary responsibility!
