Resident Teacher and Campus Pastor I grew up in a Christian home and thought of myself as a “good boy”. I didn’t consider myself a sinner and assumed I was a Christian. I was even baptized when I was young. When I was thirteen years old, however, I realized that I was a sinner and needed a Savior. I trusted in Christ as my Savior at that point. After graduating from Dallas Theological Seminary, I served in pastoral ministry for a number of years. However, God gave me a new vision for teaching and mentoring a new generation of Christian leaders. I saw a listing in my seminary’s placement bulletin, requesting staff for Word of Life Hungary. The position seemed a close match with my new ministry vision, so my family and I visited WOL Hungary. We enjoyed our visit and felt we had found a ministry that was a good fit for our family. I serve as a Bible teacher and the Dean of Students at the Bible Institute. I enjoy seeing the Bible come to life in the hearts and minds of my students. I also enjoy the opportunity to invest in the lives of young men and future Christian leaders on a more personal level through mentoring. |
